The Dallas Wings announced on Tuesday that they have signed Deja Kelly to a Developmental Player contract.

The move makes Kelly the second Crown player to earn a WNBA deal, following Michelle Onyiah’s signing with the Indiana Fever in July.

Per the Wings PR staff, “Developmental Players can practice and travel with the team and are eligible to be active in a certain number of regular season games. Additionally, teams will have the reserved rights to up to two players who finished the prior season on a Player Development Contract.”

Kelly led the UPSHOT League in scoring and assists in the inaugural 2026 season and was named to the All-UPSHOT Team. She was also named UPSHOT League Championship Game MVP after leading the Crown to the league’s first-ever title.
